Welcome, beloved

Come as you are

Connection & Repair is a space for trauma healing, embodiment, grief-letting, growth, and the ongoing work of becoming more fully connected—to yourself, others, and the world around you.

I believe all bodies have an inherent right to safety, dignity, and belonging. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, harm reduction, and the belief that people can grow and change. While we may feel broken by harm, no one is broken. Working together can explore where harm has happened and gone unrepaired, how you have learned to survive, and what may be asking to change, soften, or come alive.

All parts welcome.

If something in your life is asking for change, you are welcome here

I work with people navigating the impact of trauma, learning how to express your grief, befriend and unburden anxiety, hypervigilance, depression, stuckness, disconnection, or patterns that once helped you survive but no longer feel supportive.

I especially love working with therapists, healers, artists, activists, and folx who spend much of their lives holding space for others.

Welcome, beloved

Healing cannot happen in isolation or in silos that demand performance over your wholeness.

My commitment is to meet you where you are and to be in relationship with you there.

Together, we can explore where harm has happened and gone unrepaired, how you learned to cope, and what might help you move toward less suffering, more responsibility, greater choice, and a deeper sense of connection.

I am a white-bodied, queer, radical-hearted, trauma-healing-focused therapist and social worker. My work lives at the intersections of internal healing, grief-letting, embodiment, emotional and spiritual growth, and liberatory organizing.

My own growth has been shaped by many beloved teachers, clients, colleagues, communities, and by the more-than-human world.
